Popcorn Pop-Ins are upper year student run tutoring and support sessions that are organized before 2nd and 3rd year midterms. They foster group discussion, open-space to ask questions, and a supportive environment for studying.

The Anonymous Feedback is a platform to anonymous submit any positive comments about courses or identify room for improvement. This feedback is assessed by our President and Vice President to bring up any comments and concerns to the faculty in a professional manner.

THE PROCESS

Recently, several high-ranking graduates from the McMaster Chemical Engineering Program employed in various industries were interviewed to ask what traits they look for when hiring for engineering positions. Using this information, the department would like to present: the PROCESS, a code of conduct that we hope will guide students throughout this program and their careers to come

The Program

By completing these workshops, you will be awarded a certificate of completion indicating that you have engaged with this program, in addition to your technical degree, and receive a recognition at graduation. On top of this, you will have chances to network with high-ranking professionals in industry, learn tangible skills which will be extremely useful in your career, and (of course) score a free breakfast and lunch!
