Annual U.N Sustainable Goals Design Competition
The Annual Design Competition initiative began to expose first year McMaster Engineering students to the interesting, non-conventional, and important problems in today's world and how chemical engineering can be utilized to solve them.

Problem Statement 2022:
Your team of engineers has been hired by McMaster University to help them achieve their goal of Net Zero Carbon Emissions by 2050.
§They have tasked you with developing plans for a new renewable energy generation facility for the Main Hamilton Campus, along with a unique storage or tunable delivery system for the energy produced from your facility.
§The ultimate goal of this endeavor is that this system generate 10% of the energy McMaster consumes each year, decreasing their net annual consumption.
